  • Notice: Please give us 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This helps us accommodate others. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

    Fee: Less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in a 50% service fee. This helps our team and respects their time.

    Rescheduling: Need to change? Let us know early for best options.

    Late Arrival: Late? We'll still do our best, but service time may be adjusted.

    Exceptions: Emergencies happen. Discuss exceptions with us.
